The size tent that you will need depends on the greatest number of people that will be under the tent at a time.
Banquet Style Seating is people seated at tables.
Auditorium Style Seating is chairs lined up in rows.
You will need to allow room for things like dance floors, food tables, gift tables etc.
If you would like for us to come to the site and measure to see what size tent that you are able to use, there is a $50.00 charge (within a 50 mile radius of Brenham, TX). This $50.00 fee will be credited toward your total. For jobs that are further than 50 miles out, please call for a quote.
Most cities require tent permits. You will need to call your city hall to find out the details to get a permit. Allow 4 to 5 weeks for the permit.
A 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement are required in order to reserve rental equipment for specific dates.
If the tent will be installed using stakes, call your utility company to perform a DIGS test to make sure that our 3’ stakes do not hit water or electric lines.
You will need to mark lines for underground sprinkler systems. We are not responsible for what is underground.
You should reserve your tent as early as possible to ensure the availability of the size tent that you need.
